Return, Exchange & Refund Policy

At Leteint Beauty, customer satisfaction is important to us. Due to the personal care nature of skincare products, we follow a clear return and exchange policy to maintain product safety, hygiene, and quality.

1. Return Eligibility

You may request a return, replacement, or exchange within 7 days of delivery if:

  • You received the wrong product
  • The product was damaged during delivery
  • The product was defective
  • The product was missing from your order
  • The delivered item does not match your confirmed order

For hygiene and safety reasons, opened, used, or unsealed skincare products cannot be returned unless they are defective or incorrect.

2. Non-Returnable Items

Returns or exchanges will not be accepted for:

  • Products that have been opened or used
  • Products with broken seals or damaged packaging caused by the customer
  • Products purchased during clearance sale, unless defective
  • Products damaged due to misuse, improper storage, or negligence
  • Change of mind after delivery
  • Minor packaging differences that do not affect product quality

3. How to Request a Return

To request a return or exchange, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with:

  • Order number
  • Full name and phone number
  • Clear pictures or video of the product and parcel
  • Reason for return or exchange

Requests made after 7 days may not be accepted.

4. Inspection & Approval

Once we receive your return request, our team will review the details. We may ask for images, videos, or the return of the product for inspection.

Return, exchange, or refund approval depends on product condition and the reason for the claim.

5. Exchange Policy

If your claim is approved, we may offer:

  • Replacement of the same product
  • Exchange with another available product
  • Store credit
  • Refund, where applicable

6. Refund Policy

Refunds are processed only after the returned product is received and inspected, or once the issue is verified by our team.

Approved refunds may be processed through:

  • Bank transfer
  • Easypaisa/JazzCash
  • Original payment method, where available

Refund processing time: 7–14 working days after approval.

7. Delivery Charges

Delivery charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our mistake, wrong product, damaged item, or verified defect.

If the customer is returning a product for any other approved reason, return shipping charges may be the customer’s responsibility.

8. Damaged Parcel Instructions

If your parcel appears damaged, leaked, opened, or tampered with at the time of delivery, please take clear pictures or a video before opening it and contact us immediately.

9. Order Cancellation

Orders can be cancelled before dispatch by contacting us as soon as possible. Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled and will be handled under our return policy.
