Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after confirmation.

Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

In some cases, we may contact you to confirm your order or delivery details before dispatch.

Delivery Time

We currently deliver across Pakistan.

Estimated delivery time after dispatch:

• Major cities: 2–4 business days

• Other areas: 3–7 business days

Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on your location, courier operations, weather conditions, public holidays, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Shipping Charges

Free delivery is available on orders above Rs. 3,000.

For orders below Rs. 3,000, standard delivery charges may apply and will be shown at checkout.

Delivery Areas

We currently ship to addresses within Pakistan.

Some remote or restricted areas may have longer delivery times or additional delivery charges.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you may receive a tracking number or delivery update through the contact information provided at checkout.

Please ensure that your phone number, email address, and shipping address are correct when placing your order.

Delayed or Missing Orders

If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery timeframe, please contact our customer care team with your order number.

We will coordinate with the courier to locate and resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Please note that delivery delays caused by the courier, weather, public holidays, or circumstances beyond Leteint Beauty's control may occasionally occur.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery information at checkout.

If an order is returned because of an incorrect or incomplete address, unavailable recipient, or failure to receive the package, additional shipping charges may apply for re-delivery.

Damaged Packages

If your package arrives visibly damaged, please contact us as soon as possible and provide photographs or videos of the package and products.

This will help our team investigate the issue and assist you accordingly.
